This course teaches infants to recover from a submerged position to a back floating position enabling the infant to get a breath. This course is taught one-on-one for around 10 minutes/day 4 days a week for 4-6 weeks.
This 6 week course is designed to teach toddlers and older children to swim horizontally with face submerged, roll to the back to breathe, then flip to the horizontal position and continue the swim. This sets up the learner for stroke development.
Students in this course are taught on a one-on-one session the strokes of Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke and Butterfly. Courses are approximately 6 weeks and may last up to 20 minutes.
Refreshers are important for infants, toddlers, and children as they have to learn to adjust and manipulate their growing bodies from season to season.
As students complete their Swim-Float-Swim training group lessons are a fun and interactive way for young swimmers to practice their learned skills in a small group setting.
